They came the same morning for what turned out to be a bird in the exhaust fan duct. Cleaned up the exhaust fan and put a new guard over the outlet. Very efficient and easy to work with.

Quite disappointed. I called two weeks ago to schedule an inspection because I heard some noises in my attic. (We had used Adcock in the past without incident.) When I called, I was told on the phone that the cost of the inspection was $125 and if work is recommended afterwards, this 125 will go towards that work. When the technician came out, he charged me $225 for the inspection (he said it was different for rodents?) but I can speak to the office about it. He also noted some areas that needed sealing from mice, and I commented that I paid Adcock a few years ago for sealing from mice! He showed me that one side of the house was sealed, but another side was never sealed. So I said, but they charged me for sealing a few years ago, why didn't they seal the entire perimeter then? He didn't have an answer and told me to speak with Stephanie in the office. So when I spoke to Stephanie about both concerns (the price discrepancy for the inspection, plus the house not having been fully sealed when I already paid for that), I asked for a discount for the rest of the recommended sealing, which I felt was more than reasonable (and actually, they should have finished the sealing for free, since it should have been done a few years ago by them). She said that the inspection for rodents is higher because they also do a ground inspection (ok, but then they should have mentioned that when I originally called!), and was a bit terse with me on the phone when I brought up that I had already paid for sealing the house but they apparently did not complete that work. She said she will speak to a manager/owner and get back to me. Not surprisingly, she never called back. I am quite disappointed because I enjoyed working with them years ago, but after this incident, I cannot use them again. I have already called another company to work with.

Excellent experience. Had a persistent ground hog tearing up facia boards to get under our deck. They set two traps and on the third day caught him. I highly recommend them for nuisance wildlife

Adcock got the job done! Called and left a message late Sunday afternoon about an unknown critter issue. Immediately received a call back from Michelle. She scheduled me for a consultation the very next morning. Bob, my technician, was prompt, thorough and fabulous. I appreciated the 30mn heads up that he was on the way. Arrived promptly as scheduled. He conducted an investigation of the property and answered all my questions and set a plan. I felt his analysis was an honest assessment rather than a sales pitch. He set the traps strategically, with consideration to my pets and children. When I came home from work that evening the mission was accomplished. Critter caught clean and quick, problem solved. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but the value was in the results. It was legit worth every penny.

We had a mother racoon that chose our attic for her abode. Aaron came out as scheduled, quickly identified how the mother racoon gained entry to the attic, set up a humane trap and reassured us that this could be fixed. He came the next day to pick up the racoon in the trap and rescue the babies. He then screened the attic vents on both sides to ensure that this would be unlikely to happen again. Quick, professional service at a fair price. I am very happy and would use Adcock again.

We had a problem with birds flying in and out missing piece of soffit. Called Adcocks and was able to get a tech (Willie) to come out same day. He did an inspection and was able to remove nesting. No birds, no babies, no eggs. He replaced soffit piece and did additional sealing. Great price and work. Also, the lady who I talked with to setup the appointment was polite and informed me about the process and focus on protecting wildlife while solving our problem.

I contacted this company due to squirrels that created a hole in the roof line to create their little squirrel town! I was very happy with this company. I was very distressed about these critters and Adcock's sent Willie out That Day to assess the problem. Within a few days, the problem squirrel was humanely trapped. The company also needed inside access to the attic to determine whether the squirrel had babies, for which we got much appreciated advanced notice. Willie was very respectful of our house and surrounding property, and meticulously cleaned up any resulting mess. As a result of this initial positive experience, I asked Adcock's to return ASAP to complete additional recommended roof repairs. Willie returned to our house the next day and completed the work very efficiently and also meticulously cleaned up. He is professional and cordial, and most importantly, did great a great job! We have asked Adcock's to return to upgrade (and animal-proof) the dryer vents. Adcock's prices are reasonable, as far as we are concerned, and the expense is well worth it for the resulting peace of mind! I would not hesitate to recommend Adcock's Trapping Service to anyone who needs animals removed from their home. This company did a great job for our house! Thank you!

Have used Adcocks Trapping over the last 7 years, including just a couple of weeks ago (used them 5 times—2 raccoons and 3 series of squirrels). Every time they have been professional, prompt, humane, easy to work with, and fair. They communicate well, really know their business, including the laws in the various jurisdictions, and also provide advice, free estimates, and repair work to keep critters out. They give great customer service for an unpleasant isssue and give discounts to repeat customers like me. Highly recommend!

Inspection didn’t include checking inside the house, particularly kitchen area where we have heard chewing noises. Traps were set, and some were left on top of the washer, forgotten. Recommendations quoted over $500.00 but do not address areas of major concern. Save your money and use another company.

Adcock's trapping Service never completed work paid for, They set a trap on the ground instead of the roof and after 5 days they came and took their trap and left without capturing the raccoon. I was charged $495.00 for no result. They didn't do an extensive investigation. No more. I would not recommend them

Adcock's has been our go-to wild animal problem solvers for many years. Always on time and responsive to our needs! From the birds nesting in our new house's attic to the opossum who overwintered in our BBQ to the groundhog who took up residence under our suburban deck, Adcock's has been with us to humanely remove wildlife and offer practical ways to discourage future issues. Today, the professional and friendly team of Willie, Matt and Eric did a phenomenal job expertly installing a galvanized steel mesh framework (2 ft into the ground!) to the underside of our deck to solve our "rabbit hotel" issue this year. They readily answered our many questions in a knowledgeable fashion. Their meticulous attention to detail was commendable, and their work ethic was amazing during this 5-hour job. Not only was the result with the deck outstanding, but they also took great care with the surrounding landscape and lawn. Great experience with Adcocks removing a bat from our house. Came out within a couple hours of us initially calling them. Clint was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. $125 for full interior/exterior bat inspection. Helped us find potential access points, and thankfully after a very thorough search he found the bat itself too in the craziest hiding place we never would have found ourselves (note: bats are amazing at hiding so they do not guarantee they'll find the bat). He humanely trapped him and released him away from our house.

We had a severe mouse problem in January. Adcocks charged me $1600 to seal the outside of my house and said it would take 6-8 weeks for the mice to use up their stores. It's been more than 3 months now and the mice are still coming and going freely. As I type this, I'm in the basement hearing the sound of mice running above my head. It's been a huge waste of money.

Ripped my elderly mom off, added a $200 “emergency” fee for removing a dying raccoon from her yard after telling her a lower price on the phone. Ridiculous.

I had very bad experience with Adcocks. I have the issue with flying squirrels. Technicians came and offered to seal the roof. After they did it, in two weeks, I captured 4 more flyers in the attic. Clearly, sealing did not work. When I complained, they came, checked everything and suggested that flyers come via firewall from neighbors. This implied I should seal their roofs as well and share the costs with them. I did not do this as flyers seem to be gone and it sealing is expensive. After sealing the roof, my attic fan stopped working. I called Adcocks, they came and fixed it. However, attic fan started leaking and I spent already 500 USD trying to fix it. When I called Adcocks they said that it was not them, but the fan never leaked before and started leaking after they rodent-proved the roof.

If you have a snake problem in your property DO NOT call them. They advertise snake trapping but they only come and get it if it is IN YOUR HOUSE. I told them I was seeing 3 snakes come in and out of a hole in my step slab from my house to the Patio, over the course of 1 week, and they said they cant help me. I have to be looking at the snake the exact second I am calling them and they will send a technician IF THEY HAVE ONE in the area. Really? the snake is going to wait around till Adcock's technician's calendar frees up? What if one of these snakes is a venomous one? what if it bites me as I step out into my patio? What's the point of this company of you cannot help someone who is literally pointing to you where the snakes are.

Poor Customer Service and Lack of communication within the office! Michelle the Owner and Nikki both lack communication and basic office etiquette! Their lack of follow through impacts both their customers and their field employees and the arrogant nonchalant attitudes they have...is just disgusting! After previously using their services a few years ago and highly recommending them.. my most recent interactions have been deplorable! Take your business elsewhere!

Unfortunately I had a bad situation with Adcocks' customer service and management staff. I had to reschedule twice due to unforseen circumstances. The second instance was due to a family emergency and I was treated very rudely by the staff who stated why don't you call back to schedule when you know you will have time since you've rescheduled multiple times. I felt that was very inappropriate especially when this person didn't even know my situation. Very rude to treat customers in this way.
