He arrived around 11:30 a.m., well within the scheduled service window of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and briefly entered my apartment. I asked a few reasonable questions about the chemicals being used, as there were young children in the home recovering from a respiratory illness. “Quite disappointed. I called two weeks ago to schedule an inspection because I heard some noises in my attic. (We had used Adcock in the past without incident.) When I called, I was told on the phone that the cost of the inspection was $125 and if work is recommended afterwards, this 125 will go towards that work.
