Review: Extermination Experience – Very Unprofessional The exterminator who serviced my building on July 1st was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He arrived around 11:30 a.m., well within the scheduled service window of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and briefly entered my apartment. I asked a few reasonable questions about the chemicals being used, as there were young children in the home recovering from a respiratory illness. This was my first time using this company, I’ve used a couple of others in the past, I have to say I’m totally impressed with their customer service and the quality of their product is amazing! I’m a mosquito magnet and after the first application we didn’t get 1 mosquito bite all month. They just came for the second application.We have a big vegetable and flower garden and chickens we have to tend to.
