Other services scheduled a time and date by email or text, and then await confirmation from the customer. You send an email for a tomorrow date and time and just show up. What if I do not check the email that day?!?!? It is disrespectful to just come without confirmation. I could be out of town. I then get a call - that next day - saying the Orkin man is arriving in 10 minutes...and no one jlin house is ready, in pagamas, unable to leave hose if needed, etc.... I was very disappointed with the service we...didn't receive. We paid for wasp removal from a chimney and once the technician arrived we were told they don't do that. We were told to bang on the glass doors fronting the chimney to scare away the wasps and to build a fire...despite dozens of visible wasps sitting on the glass and a severe wasp allergy in the house. The technician didn't even LOOK in the chimney, just refunded us and left. I find it confusing why money for a service would be taken
