Jackie was amazing. She rang the bell and when I didn't answer because I did not hear the bell, she called me. She put on her shoe covering as soon as she stepped into my home. Although she could not correct my concerns, she made suggestions to prevent unexpected visits. She took the initiative to reach out to the home office on my behalf. She was thorough in servicing my home. She was professional and made a point to give me clear explanations. In an effort to make me a happy customer she offered to reach out again to the home office regarding my repeated efforts to only have a tech come out to service my home when I call Frontline. It's obvious her goal is always to provide exceptional service. She should be offered the opportunity to train other techs. Coming from a 45 year career of providing customer service, Jackie is definitely one of your best techs.
