We woke up one morning to an army of ants invading our living room through a small crack in our back screen door. After calling around to several pest control companies, we came across Dodson. We had Jose Hernandez from Cropp Metcalfe Pest Control handle our yellow jacket wasp problems. The first nest was in the ground and Jose took care of it as well some ants that had also appeared in the house. On his second visit he proactively spotted another huge wasp nest on the side of the house where they had managed to get into the siding. He took care of that too and will be back to check on them!! Called Dodson this morning. Ray came out this afternoon. Treated for ants. Very professional. Great communication. Appreciated he wore a mask. Really appreciated his understanding of my concerns not harming about pets and native wildlife & pollinators. I've been talking with other companies - all did high pressure tactics for quarterly service without even assessing my issue. No pressure from Dodson about ongoing quarterly pest control being necessary. Thank you

The contractor that came out to service our property, Antoine, was very pleasant and professional. Also very punctual and arrived well with in the time frame given. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly provided information on the type of treatment he would be using in my unit. Great customer service!
