William did a very good job. Last year when you put my lime down, I had the greenest grass in the whole neighborhood.

Eric (weedman representative), rang my doorbell to identified himself and explained what he was going to spread Lime service. After the service was done, he came to my door and said he was done. Eric also explained the services needed in the future. I am enrolled in your plans so I did not get a bill at this time.

Great company to work with! My grass always looks great and we get many compliments. If there is an issue, they are really quick to respond and resolve.

Just want to give a shout out for exceptional customer service. We just had a reapplication of grass seed and aeration of my yard and Eric Sims was very professional and walked me through the process and made it look easy. Overall very happy with everyone including Kaylee and her understanding. Thanks again for the customer support!

After giving them several chances to do a good job, I’m giving up. I hired Weedman in the late spring/early summer to help with my lawn and weeds. We have almost 2 acres of lawn so the services were not cheap. The first time they showed up, the tried to sell my wife aeration and over seeding to the tune of $2k. “You’re going to have bare spots all over your lawn once we kill the weeds”. We declined. They did two treatments within two months and the only real difference was that parts of the lawn I had sodded the previous fall were dead! The weeds everywhere else were living their best life. I sent an email saying I had spent over $800 and was not happy and wanted to cancel my service. Didn’t hear anything back. I posted a negative review but to the wrong Weedman - the one in Winchester since that’s who had billed me. The manager there called me to tell me we were serviced by the Annapolis branch. He also said they were going to do whatever was needed to fix my lawn and earn my business back. Which he said would be aerating and overseeing any and all spots that needed it in my entire lawn free of charge. They came out and did about 600 sf of my lawn out of the entire 2 acres. I called him after they left and he said he’d get in touch with the manager in Annapolis and get it taken care of. Two weeks later, still haven’t heard back. So this morning I called just to get an update and was told a manager would call me back. Shocker - nobody called me back. At this point, they can’t even provide a FREE service that meets expectations. Stay clear of them, I wish I did! I’m out $800 and my lawn looks worse than it did before they did anything

TL;DR: Weed Man Lawn Services of Annapolis promised mosquito treatment before my daughter’s party, confirmed multiple times, then ghosted me and never showed. When I followed up, I wasn’t even on the schedule. Total failure. On top of that, they spammed me with upsell calls. Unreliable and pushy—skip them I had an extremely disappointing experience with Weed Man Lawn Services of Annapolis, Maryland. I contacted them on Monday morning to arrange mosquito treatment for my property ahead of a Saturday party for my daughter. They assured me they could do it and confirmed multiple times that they would be out before Saturday. However, Friday arrived with no communication from them. When I called at 9 AM on Friday, I found out I wasn’t even on the schedule, and they couldn't fulfill their promise. Despite my urgent request, they only offered to put me on the schedule for some unknown future date, which was useless to me. To add insult to injury, as soon as I signed up, I was bombarded with calls pushing additional services I never requested or needed. Their aggressive telemarketing tactics and failure to deliver on their promises make them a company I cannot recommend. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for lawn care services. Their name and marketing gimmick are off-putting, and their service is unreliable.

I called to get an estimate, they offer lawn mowing, Kristan said they don’t mow, it states it on their site that they do, what is going on with people today that flat out lie.

Buyer beware. I've had three weed "treatments" with no results and was charged and additional $110 for a fertilizer application that never happened. I called multiple times and sent pictures as proof. Management doesn't call back and the customer service reps at office just feed scripted lines to explain away bad service. My lawn is still covered in weeds.

I called weedman to take care of my crabgrass/weeds. They came out to my residence multiple times with no change to my yard. Talked to them multiple time with concern to my yard, with their response of letting them finish out the year and assure it will get better. Now into December, my yard still with crab grass/weeds. Do not waste your money with this company!!

I absolutely love my Weed Man!!! Mike is the greatest! Super knowledgeable, upfront, honest and answers any questions I've ever asked. I've recommended them to friends and family. The people at Weed Man lawn care will forever have my business!!!!

Our technician Harold is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job. Our lawn was a mess when we purchased the home in 2019. Bare spots and weeds everywhere. With a little sweat equity and Weed Man's help, our lawn is good enough to walk barefoot on. Neighbors have also noticed the improvement. Weed Man's customer service team is also one of the best. Top notch product and service.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I am a fair, reasonable and honest person who used Weed Man for years and paid bills on time and in full. We recently moved and had to discontinue service. I thought we were paid-up in full and received no further contact from Weed Man, Annapolis. UNTIL, I got a letter from a bill collector in the mail including an interest charge! I called Weed Man and they were unwilling to do anything other than refer me back to the collection agency. My advice is - STAY AWAY from Weed Man, Annapolis.

Don’t get this service or use this business. They charge you for unsolicited visits. Horrible company. There are much better options to chose from.

I refused to renew the service when I was called earlier 2019 because I was not satisfied with their service 2018. Weed man still did two services on my lawn even though I emailed them to stop. I refused to pay the two services. Right now I have to deal with their collection. Stay away from Weed Man! To respond WeedMan's response, I uploaded the snapshot of the email after the first service on 2/27/2019. I refused to renew the contract upon a call from WeedMan before the date.
