Joe is pleasant, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for him. We booked a Building and termite inspection for a home we put an offer on, that needed to be done within a week. Joe did the Termite inspection and organised the Building Inspection to be done on time. It was such an easy process for us. Thanks Joe.

We have been customers of Economy Pest Control since 1992 - more than 30 years. They treat their customers right! They respond well to "emergencies" (termites swarming, etc.) and are always on time for appointments. Our favorite Tech is Nick! He is always on time, usually in the early part of the appointment interval. His inspections are thorough and he gives great "education" to his customers with respect to recognizing early warning signs of infestations. He has given us great advice for additional treatments for an ant problem we have had in the past in our back yard. We ask for him each year when we schedule our annual inspection!

Made an appt for Saturday between 7.30 and 11.30 and they never showed up. This is the second time they havn’t showed with no call or explanation. A terrible company with no respect for customers.

Technicians are professional, and friendly. They answer all questions. Office folks are friendly and make it easy to schedule. If you are looking for a decent exterminator, you should call and give Economy Pest Control a try. Have been a customer for over 9 years.

It is my great honor to usher prominence to this exceptional business, one that has professionally served my family since 2008. You can guess how unfortunate it has been to have dealt with a plethora of critters in two homes. I kid you not when I say they ranged from squirrels, mice, rats, termites, bees, wasps, roaches of various species, ants and spiders! We we’re exceedingly lucky to find “Nova,” our absolute favorite exterminator, who has literally witnessed our children grow from infancy to teenagers. We always request him because of his sunny disposition, compassionate attitude and constant amiable demeanor. We never enjoy needing extermination services but we actually look forward to each visit with our dear Nova!

Economy Pest is local business, which is a policy of mine to support, but not the only reason I have continued to use them for over 20 years. They are responsive, efficient and have provided me with worry free service. In addition the employees are well trained and a pleasure to work with. They have tried to keep cost down also. I called in last week to inquire about a burrow x treatment, I was supposed to receive a call back. The person in the phone asked for address and contact information which was given so they could call me back and we can set up a day if the treatment was to be offered that they could come out and give an estimate. Fast forward to today where this employee of the company showed up to our home and proceeded to tell us via video camera “well don’t call us again you’ve wasted our time unless you want to have a service charge” my wife and I are both currently at work. Had they returned my call last week they would’ve known mornings are not idea due to our work schedule. Absolutely will not be giving my business to this company. As someone who has grown up around the Pest. Control community, has completed DEC annual reporting for my father’s company in NY amongst others this isn’t a good look for this company as a whole, disrespectful staff member and unapologetic.

Mike and his team are the best! Not only has Economy serviced our home, but they have also done a few inspections for us on potential home purchases. They are always prompt, professional, honest, and detail-oriented. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home or have their services on their current house.

I have enjoyed the services of Economy Pest Control for more than 20 years. Because of the annual foundation spraying for termites, I have never had a problem and I live on 2.5 acres of woods. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Economy Pest Control for bird removal along my roof line. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They performed an initial inspection, told me what to expect, and followed through. They were always available and helpful when I called with questions. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We had an issue with mice entering our home. Economy came out identified key entry points and came up with a plan of action to take care of the ones who made it in before we could seal off the holes. It had been 2-3 weeks since and so far so good. Mike Barnes at Economy is worth every penny you are paying him (even more) thank you for the great customer service and quick response time.

I would not recommend this company they destroyed my trim molding along the floor of my dining room supposedly looking for termites on a home inspection, they left a mess all over my floor from the molding that they destroyed to only find out that there were no termites at all. Customer service is terrible also.

Horrible customer service. We are in the process of purchasing a home and saw that they had treated the house for termites recently. I called the Annapolis office because I wanted to use them for all future treatments and pre-treaments going forward...when I called the lady told me they didn't cover the eastern shore...I said that doesn't make sense because I have the invoice right here where you serviced the same house I am buying just last week, she just said sorry we don't do that area....so now they lost a customer who would have continued to use them for the term of owning the home

Extremely rude receptionist. Do not care about customers time regardless whether you have an appoint at certain time, they will come whenever without any explanation for being late. If you value your time, do not waste your time on this company. I want to reiterate that RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE! I almost got offended by her attitude toward me.

I had an appointment scheduled and a time window in which Economy Pest Control would arrive to treat for fleas. The window passed and I called to ask for an ETA. I was told that the employee who was supposed to visit our home hadn't seen our name on his service list because the service call papers got stuck together. They told me we would have to reschedule for another day. I had done extensive preparation for this visit (including washing six cats!) and eventually convinced them to come out and treat that same day. Fast-forward four months, and the fleas are already back. (All my pets are treated with medicine from the vet.) The website says that Economy Pest Control guarantees their services against reinfestation, but I called to inquire and was told that this does not apply to fleas, and that the treatment I received was only good for 30 days. The poison spray I can buy online (Precor 2000, Ultracide, Virbac, Vet Kem Siphotrol) has insect growth regulator and is effective for up to 7+ months, so I am surprised and disappointed that Economy Pest Control only guarantees 1 month of treatment.
