I have had their mesquite service for years, but the past two years have been horrible. Recently they were schedule to come out as follows: 8/4-no show, 8/14-no show, called 8/17 to complain was told they’d have someone out that day-no show, called again 8/19 was told someone would be out before noon 8/20. Called 8/20 at 1pm was told they were dispatching the technician - again no show. I have left several messages asking for a manager to call me and have not received a call!! Horrible customer
