Joe was knowledgeable and informative regarding the squirrel problem in our attic. He identified all the places around the roof of the house where they were gaining entry. He fixed our issues and now we are critter free. Fast, dependable and honest - Platinum Wildlife is a top notch company. Thank you Joe.

I called Platinum to get rid of Squirrels after some other bad company just patched a little hole and took my money. Joe came out within a few hours. He Went up onto the roof. Discovered the HUGE area where they were coming in and out, he installed metal drip edge from the shingles to the gutter , installed a no reentry trap door device so they can’t get back in! He was there for 2-3 hours and inspected the whole gutter edge area for any other openings . No more Non Paying tenants! Joe was great and explained everything he was doing, how much it would cost and what to expect!!! I would give 10 stars!!!

We had squirrels who made a nest under our solar panels, Joe removed the nest and installed the wildlife guard to prevent them from returning. One squirrel didn't want to leave so he left an opening for it to leave on its own and came back to close it up once the squirrel was gone. Initial install was done in a day, and at a far more reasonable price than the estimate we received from a larger company.

I contacted them about bats in my house. They came out and did a house inspection. Joe walked me around the house to show me where bat and mice are coming into my home. They were able to set up cones and seal my house the same day. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Platinum Wildlife Solutions. Nick came out the very next business day and removed a dead deer from the stream on my property that had apparently been shot and left to suffer. He was very personable, respectful of me and my property, and knowledgeable. I would call them again but hope I don't have to.

We had used another service in the past, but they no longer operate in Fallston. I asked them for a recommendation and they suggested Platinum. It turns out that Joe used to work with the owner of the other service. The recommendation turned out to be a great one - we’re very happy with the work that Joe did. He’s very thorough and the customer wis top notch.

I contacted Joe to fix a problem with birds nesting behind my shutters on stone siding. He has a permanent solution to the problem that really works. See the pictures. His work looks fantastic. He’s the only one I found with this solution. Joe is very professional. He showed up exactly on time, very courteous and kept the work area clean. I am extremely happy with his work.

Joe knew what my problem was right away! I wasn’t ready to pay for treatment right away so he gave me some great ideas to try first. My next-door neighbor and I called Joe to come treat our backyards and he was readily available and his prices are very reasonable (I did my research among other companies). Joe even came back and retreated our yards after a massive rainfall, no questions asked! My rodent problem now seems to be at bay and I am very pleased! Super highly recommend Joe for any wildlife issues you may have. He came out within half an hour of calling him about a bat in the basement and then showed exactly how they (bats, snakes, mice) were getting in. Totally shocked to realize so much of the house wasn’t sealed. He came back out with Brett, sealed the entire house and then did extra that he noticed along the way at no extra charge. He installed exclusion devices at two points which allow any critters to exit the house, but no re-entry possible. He then comes back at a later date to remove the devices and then seal the spots they were over. He also put a cage over the dryer exhaust because the spring that would normally keep the flap closed was gone and was an open doorway to critters. Great communication, super timely, very neat and clean work, great education. Also, Joe was calm during my bat panic. Sorry, Joe! 😄 Loved how he gently removed and compassionately released cutie bat. Definitely feel more peaceful knowing this is no longer going to be a hotel for all the wildlife I love to see outdoors! Thank you, Joe and team! We appreciate you so much! 🦇 🐍 🐭

I highly recommend this company! Joe was very responsive and knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection pointing out along the way possible entry points for mice. He told me exactly what was needed to remedy the problem at multiple locations and even climbed a ladder to seal an entry point from an A/C cord at no charge! Such a nice guy; his honesty and genuineness comes through. I rarely write reviews but had to for him. Definitely recommend!
