I just had to cancel my service. I had service on 6/10 and a week later I found a massive wasps nest hanging from my bedroom window. I called to ask why it wasn't treated or I wasn't at least notified and I was told wasps are not included in my quarterly service. Super highly recommend Joe for any wildlife issues you may have. He came out within half an hour of calling him about a bat in the basement and then showed exactly how they (bats, snakes, mice) were getting in. Totally shocked to realize so much of the house wasn’t sealed. He came back out with Brett, sealed the entire house and then did extra that he noticed along the way at no extra charge. He installed exclusion devices at two points which allow any critters to exit the house, but no re-entry

I called Platinum to get rid of Squirrels after some other bad company just patched a little hole and took my money. Joe came out within a few hours. He Went up onto the roof. Discovered the HUGE area where they were coming in and out, he installed metal drip edge from the shingles to the gutter , installed a no reentry trap door device so they can’t get back in! He was there for 2-3 hours and inspected the whole gutter edge area for any other openings . No more Non Paying tenants! Joe was great

Joe knew what my problem was right away! I wasn’t ready to pay for treatment right away so he gave me some great ideas to try first. My next-door neighbor and I called Joe to come treat our backyards and he was readily available and his prices are very reasonable (I did my research among other companies). Joe even came back and retreated our yards after a massive rainfall, no questions asked! My rodent problem now seems to be at bay and I am very pleased! I would definitely recommend Joe and his
