I just had to cancel my service. I had service on 6/10 and a week later I found a massive wasps nest hanging from my bedroom window. I called to ask why it wasn't treated or I wasn't at least notified and I was told wasps are not included in my quarterly service. It's common human decency to let me know the wasps nest is there and present options. My kids play in that yard and I would have gladly paid to have it removed. Would never use again! Our animals brought in fleas when I was 7 months pregnant. We were reluctant to spray chemicals in our house, so we attempted natural means, but it wasn’t working. I gave in and called Orkin because they said after one spray all the fleas would be gone. They allow for two, but they said we would not even need it. They ended up spraying twice and December. Nothing changed! They came out and sprayed two more times and left us a half of can of their spray. We still have fleas
