Dylan always does a professional job for the service to my home. I appreciate the good job that he does. We prefer to be home for the service so that our garage and shed can also be sprayed but were not able to be home this time. Service person was very polite, knowledgeable, and told me step-by-step what he was going to do.

I switched to Romex a few years ago and they have been wonderful. The service is great and I really appreciate the fact they also take the initiative to knock down old nests and spider webs. We need someone to come back out and spray again… He was in and out of the house too have done a thorough job! And we did not realize that he could not spray with other people there… the salesperson knew we were getting our windows replaced at this time… Please come in retreat start to finish after March 10Th… FYI, he said he would not charge for the service until he came back and completed… But he did charge! The guy came to our door and my husband answered it. The guy was very pushy, arrogant, rude, and was demanding to speak with the lady of the house. I did not want to nor did I speak with him. We had a hard time getting rid of the guy. Many in our subdivision are very unhappy with this guy. He even put his foot on someone’s threshold like he was going to force himself in their house. It is in Simpson Farms Subdivision.

Sent out a sale representative to solicit through our neighborhood. Wouldn't take no for answer and rang my door three different times knowing we already refused service and had a no soliciting sign on door.Went through entire subdivision making everyone feel uncomfortable. Out of state license plate and seems like something was off. Very good way to make me never use their service.

I dont know about the company itself, but the rep/salesmen Cameron that came out to our slidell neighborhood early this week was extremely rude and pushy. I understand you have a product and service to sell, but if you dont know how to take no for an answer, and your salespitch is that specifically named companies provide poor quality and do not do x y z "like romex does, you need more customer care training. He tried to tell me the company I started using recently, (Fox Pest Control) does not do several things that they do, unfortunately for him, I was home when Fox Pest Control came out and they actually did exactly what he was talking about and more. I dont know the ins and outs of what he was saying but he said they only sweep the soffit area and dont spray. He said they dont service the whole yard like they do. As I said above, I dont know the process but after Cameron mentioned these steps, I recall watching my tech do a pass on the soffit that appeared like he was doing exactly what Cameron said they do not do. I know for sure that my whole yard was serviced, I watched the whole process out of curiosity.

Scam company. First came out and sold us a package and we haven’t seen any improvement and maybe saw them twice out of the 5 times they were supposed to come They just want your money. Do not use them.

Came to do scheduled service today. Left the gate wide open when he left allowing my dog to escape. Said he didn’t do it so I sent my security footage showing he did in fact open the gate and left it wide open when he left. I understand people might make a mistake, but don’t lie about it- take some personal responsibility

The last two times, the worker was here for not even 5 minutes. This has been the same situation with other techs before this one. The extensive list of things we continued to get at the end of the service in an email stating what all was done, there's no possible way all of that was done in a 5 minute time span. He spent more time in his truck before and afterwards than actually working and providing the service. This service was $125 each time and it was a complete scam. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'm so glad we're done with the contract we got roped into which we never should have gotten in the first place. We didn't need this service and we have had no less bugs than any years previously. Spending 5 minutes for $125 is a complete scam. We have cameras in the front and back yard. We saw what he did and half of what's listed on the emails we received weren't touched. He did not even touch more than half of our garage. Didn't do under the carport even though I moved all plants for him to be able to do so. Said he put ant killer on the ant mounds and that was a complete lie. He never even walked in the backyard so how could he have put ant killer out? I haven't been happy with this company, the service, or the quality of work almost from the very beginning over a year ago. We originally signed up for a 12 month contract and then somehow we were told after the fact that it was for 18 months and not 12. We were told they would come quarterly and every time they tried scheduling it was 2 months apart and I'd have to push it off and reschedule because it wasn't needed every 2 months. I'm not happy we were scammed by your business and I'll make sure to let people know not to go with this company for these reasons. I tried getting out of this contract last summer at the very beginning when I realized it wasn't worth it and was a scam and when I called to complain and let them know I wasn't happy I was told I could pay the $250 fee to get out of the contract and that was the only way. So we stayed and dealt with it and it only got worse after that. They never even offered to do anything inside the house the entire time we were under contract even though we were told that was part of the service at the beginning. Do not go with this company unless you want to completely waste your money and energy dealing with these people.

This company teaches door to door sales people to ignore "no soliciting" signs. STOP BOTHERING ME I DONT WANT YOUR SERVICES. Romex, please read the city ordinance for Ponchatoula, La. Not only are you a nuisance, but a "no soliciting" sign RIGHT next to my front door is there SPECIFICALLY for companies like yours. Sec. 66-1. - Entering private residences or property or businesses without invitation for solicitation purposes declared nuisance; exception. The practice of going in and upon private residences or businesses in the city by solicitors, peddlers, hawkers, itinerant merchants and transient vendors of merchandise without having been requested or invited to do so by the owner or occupant of the private residences or businesses, for the purpose of soliciting money or orders for the sale of goods, wares and merchandise and/or for the purpose of disposing of, peddling or hawking, is declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited. (Code 1967, § 8-93; Ord. No. 337, § I(18-1), 3-11-1982)

Did not preform services for the third time. I still have wasps nests around my home.

Inconsistent with services and payment schedule. Some technicians are more thorough than others. Had to call numerous times to have inaccurate charges refunded. Seem to be more worried about profit than quality and efficiency.
