Elijah did a thorough treatment inside my house for wood roaches. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to treat the problematic areas.

After 8 years of service , i might have to CANCELL my contract. I went from 2 times a year to 1 time yearly, My bill is 274,00 for 1 visit. But if i keep 2 times a year its 137.00, for each visit. So twice a year , Double the gas, Double the Labor Salary, Double the Chemicals, and my time . Where is the LOGIC

Jared left dirt all over the place, that isn't the way he found it. He asked did I have any questions, I thought a bait station was to be placed inside the home as well, he seemed to have been in a hurry, and the question was not presented.

I had Austin spray indoors during his visit today. He did an outstanding job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it with regard to locations being treated and methods used to treat. Austin also performed the normal quarterly treatment on the exterior of my house and thoroughly explained the services he performed at the point that he was complete. I very much appreciate the explanation and customer service focused attitude!

I received a call prior to my appointment time for service to let me know the tech was on the way. Courtney was very personable and knowledgeable about the products he was using to treat my home and answered all my questions about the service. He did a thorough job and let me know if I had any issues between appointments what I could do to resolve them. Very professional and appeared to enjoy his job. Great customer service.
