Thank you David for sharing this information with us. The insect world is so vast and so seasonal, it makes inventory management our biggest challenge. We apologize for not having a solution at hand in the store, but, we can always order specialty items, if that is an option. Thank you again for being a customer. We truly appreciate your patronage.

Please allow us to apologize for the long wait time due to an IT issue we were dealing with because of our new computer software. <br><br>As for the product you were recommended, we do agree that the label does not specifically list Deer Flies, but it does not exclude them either. Based on our combined 76 years in the Pest Industry, we know that there is a lot of inaccurate information on the internet. We would recommend that you contact the manufacture of the product directly, as we did this morning to confirm our knowledge that the product does work on Horse Flies and Deer Flies. The toll free number is also listed on the packaging (800) 331-2867. We would highly recommend, when doing any type of research on chemical products that you always contact the manufacture directly, as they will have all the clinical testing data to achieve product approval from the EPA, and not rely on internet searches for this type of critical information. <br><br>With all that being said, we do have a 14 day refund policy on all unopened, unused products. Please exercise that option if you decide not to use the product.<br> <br>Thank you for being a customer.

We recommend that ALL rodentcides be placed in a secure locked bait station to restrict the ability of children and pets from accessing these products. As far as humans are concern, these products would have to be consumed to cause issues. No rodenticides should ever be consumed by humans.

Dear Greg<br>I am sorry that you felt unheard, it appears that there may have been a miscommunication. This can happen from time to time, and I do apologize. I can assure you, we were not trying to up-sell you, but rather provide you with the behavioral traits of the insect you are dealing with, especially when it involves termites, because an improper treatment could cause more issues than it will solve. For example; there is a misconception that you can spot treat for termites and be done, in reality what usually happens is the termites are spread into more of the structure and not completely eradicated.<br><br>We would love the opportunity to discuss this further.
