Overall very helpful he pointed me in the correct direction for the product I needed. I also needed another product for either capturing or killing deer flies. He didn't seem to have any products available for that type of solution. That being said I had to figure out a new solution for myself. I would appreciate it if they would have all the solutions available and not just the sprays

I specifically told the guy that I had a problem with deer flies and he recommended a product that I purchased and took home, buy then learned that the product he recommended was for house flies and does not work on deer flies. He obviously has no real knowledge of the product he sold me. Also, when researching the product he sold me, I saw the same thing online for a much lower price. I also had to wait a long time for service because he was having trouble with his computer.

Please allow us to apologize for the long wait time due to an IT issue we were dealing with because of our new computer software. <br><br>As for the product you were recommended, we do agree that the label does not specifically list Deer Flies, but it does not exclude them either. Based on our combined 76 years in the Pest Industry, we know that there is a lot of inaccurate information on the internet. We would recommend that you contact the manufacture of the product directly, as we did this morning to confirm our knowledge that the product does work on Horse Flies and Deer Flies. The toll free number is also listed on the packaging (800) 331-2867. We would highly recommend, when doing any type of research on chemical products that you always contact the manufacture directly, as they will have all the clinical testing data to achieve product approval from the EPA, and not rely on internet searches for this type of critical information. <br><br>With all that being said, we do have a 14 day refund policy on all unopened, unused products. Please exercise that option if you decide not to use the product.<br> <br>Thank you for being a customer.

I don't remember his name, but the man who helped us here LIED to us, saying that D3 wouldn't hurt our animals. When, in fact, it can seriously harm them - In humans, it causes kidney failure. Safe to say we're never going back there again.

We recommend that ALL rodentcides be placed in a secure locked bait station to restrict the ability of children and pets from accessing these products. As far as humans are concern, these products would have to be consumed to cause issues. No rodenticides should ever be consumed by humans.

Dear Greg<br>I am sorry that you felt unheard, it appears that there may have been a miscommunication. This can happen from time to time, and I do apologize. I can assure you, we were not trying to up-sell you, but rather provide you with the behavioral traits of the insect you are dealing with, especially when it involves termites, because an improper treatment could cause more issues than it will solve. For example; there is a misconception that you can spot treat for termites and be done, in reality what usually happens is the termites are spread into more of the structure and not completely eradicated.<br><br>We would love the opportunity to discuss this further.
