I used to have service through Green Country for many years until a few years ago when I personally witnessed one of their spray techs dragging a hose down to the water line of my backyard, stops, and proceeds to stare at his phone for 5 or so minutes before doing a 180 back to his truck where he filled out the door hanger, hung it and left. NEVER sprayed a single drop from that hose onto my lawn. I immediately called the office and explained to the office manager what I had just witnessed, and told her to terminate my contract with them immediately. She offered to send him back out and not charge me for the following month. Ha! No way, sister. My trust is broken now, so I’d never really know going forward if the application was sprayed. Long winded, I know, but I said all that to say that after that experience, Demetri and TruGreen have been absolutely phenomenal. Demetri does his job as politely and professionally as possible, and TruGreen trusts him to represent the company with pride and integrity.

We’ve been using this service for about 6 months and have noticed a DRAMATIC difference. Our lawn had been neglected by the previous owners and getting it back to a weed free green lawn was not an easy task to DIY. Robert is our assigned technician and since day 1 has been punctual, detailed, informative and thorough. Our only regret is not starting the day we closed on the house.

This is my second year with you guys. Last year I wan not a all pleased. Last yesr was a very hard year for lawns. We basically had two springs then a drouth. This year this is totally different. I believe we are had a good spring, now going into summer things are looking great. Again I am not pleased with my lawn. I would sure line the Management of Trugreen to schedule a visit to my home. I would like to show him the difference in my lawn they are managing and my neighbors that has done NOTHING but mow.

Paid to have weeds killed. Nothing, called and was told they sprayed emergent, to kill future weeds, not weed killer. So I made another appointment for weed killer spray and they never showed up, called, nothing. So I paid over 100.00 for nothing.
