I had to log in with my second account to leave another poor review. I’ve been waiting to speak with Jason Evans, the manager since September. No return email, or phone call. I’ve called the office and left messages, spoken to other who claim they’d relay the message but no call back from Mr. Evans. I am calling corporate, never have I had such awful experience with a company. Their product killed my chickens and they agreed to a settlement to which I haven’t received. Do not use this compan

I’m giving one star because I can’t give a zero star review. This company is something else. They just show up to my home and say that they serviced my home without me being there. The guy said that they don’t spray inside the home every time they service the resistance. My wife was home but he said no one answered the door so he took it upon himself to spray the outside of my residence and then call me for payment. I told them I could spray on Saturday but they refused to accept that time and scheduled for a week day. The reason I wanted a Saturday was because I’m not home during the day. I let my chickens out during the day but was reassured that the spray wouldn’t affect them. Now I have multiple dead chickens and no one is answering. I would not recommend if you care for your animals and personal belongings as when they came through in the bathroom they disregarded the items in the room and looked like
