My aunt was signed into a service agreement she did not fully understand, and the terms and costs were not clearly explained. She later received a bill for around $5,000, which was a complete shock. Wouldn’t recommend Terminix. The job (when you could get them to show up) was always half assed and if we had a concern it was a hassle to get them to come back. They never checked our termite bait stations and it was always an excuse “It’s not on my schedule this time I don’t do the termite baits. But might be on my schedule next time.” <— but you just said you didn’t do them..? We decide to cancel. That was another hassle. Took 4 separate phone calls before they would cancel. Save your time a
