Tanner provided phenomenal services. Super knowledgable with the bugs! Put some ant gel bait in an area I wouldn't have even think to put it and they swarmed there in a heart beat.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Alas, it is not. I ended up going with Terminix for their service of exclusion of pests because it was lower than the alternatives. After I agreed for the service, they showed up shortly after, didn't have a ladder or the materials they needed, and then left. I then had to call corporate about 10 times before corporate let me talk to the branch manager for Lafayette, Luke, who assured me he would get it taken care of. Two more no-show appointments and 5 more calls later and nothing was resolved. The manager even gave me his direct number and didn't answer my calls and didn't answer my texts for weeks. Finally a guy showed up and did the work but again forgot some stuff he needed so he said he'd schedule a follow up appointment. I wasn't contacted for another week or two so I had to call them another 5 times before they finally scheduled a follow up appointment which resulted in a no show then the guy actually came. There was supposed to be a follow up to make sure no more pests were getting in 2 weeks after that and they never showed up for that either and I just gave up calling them. I had to take off 3 or 4 days of work for all this and as compensation they deducted $300 from my bill, which was very appreciated, but I felt not fair given how much hassle and time off it involved. Will never use them again and will tell everyone needing pest control not to use them for anything It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

The Terminix technician was great, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did a thorough job on all work that was done. I would definitely recommend.

Still in progress but going well so far. My exterminator gets back with me in a timely manner and has been very helpful and patient with any questions or concerns I’ve had.
