Just purchased a new home and this was the company I used for inspection. Unfortunately I was not provided with accurate information and now having to pay for plumbing issues that could have been resolved before purchase. Biggest issue is that I'm replacing a water heater that was purchased with the house. After a plumber came through a did an actual inspection I have far more problems than what was shared during inspection. On top of that I noticed a broken window that he didn't even catch. Here to let everyone know about the poor inspection but more importantly do your due diligence and go through everything your self. Yes please send me another copy I never received is probably why its not open. Window is what we showed him and he did not notice of course documented after informing him. The pipe was explained but not as to the severity to have them replaced. It was more of an explanation that its not a big deal. Water heater was also explained as not a big issue and that it is operating fine. Its the manner of which these things were explained as not to be big issues and there really wasn't anything to worry about that makes it a problem. But here we are paying for these things instead of getting the seller have them take care of it before purchase.

Inspection was not thorough. Missed a lot of things that should have been brought to our attention.

The inspector went and inspected the house we were looking to buy at the conclusion of his inspection we were to meet him there and go over the inspection. When we arrived he began going over the inspection or flying through it. One picture showed an area in the decking that looked to be damp (he couldn’t get his meter to it to see) but if you walked outside you’d easily see it’s where the satellite dish was bolted through the shingles. Then I asked what the wet spot was around the air intake in the hall ceiling and he said he never noticed it ( come to find out the a/c drip pan was rusted all the way through and had been dripping there) which wasn’t in his report at all. Then I asked about the wet spot on the bathroom ceiling, which he didn’t note either, come to find out the hot water heater was above that and had a dripping valve. Overall I was not impressed and honestly felt like I had been taken for a ride. All the major issues were found by me and noted after I pointed them out .

They were great with keeping in contact with me through the process. Very detailed inspection, results came quickly afterwards, will definitely recommend using them and also will use again in the future.
