Nadir Quaisiah was knowledgeable, thorough and provided evidence of what he was looking at. I was pleased with Mr Nadirs visit but perplexed with why J&J Exterminating dropped the ball after we had treatment for the same problem in 2021. After all I have had service with this company for over 5 yrs. Update: today I had the pleasure of meeting Donald and Randal who wanted to f/u. I do indeed have those pesky beetles but they are in the wooden floor not under the house! They recommended the replacement of the affected boards. I learned so much these last two days! I am highly satisfied with J&J and the current employees servicing Franklin LA. Thank you 🙏🏼

This is a repost of an earlier review. I can't say enough about James Gary. My wife and I own an older home built in 1957. For years we dealt with roaches and ants; it was a never-ending battle. That is until James with J&J visited our home over a year ago. The difference is amazing. He is thorough, considerate and always on time for appointments. Not a single critter recurrence since his first visit. The team at J&J has worked with us providing treatment and a real peace of mind at a price within our means.

Terrible experience. They do not keep the scheduled appointments and then show up at different dates and times without notice. They did not fix the flea problem, they did not clear the rat infestation. Managers very rude and belittling to customer. Then when I cancel because I’ve had enough of the poor treatment, they just show up on a holiday with a 15min notice to pull up the termite traps and left the holes bare. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Had nice problem they charged 300.00 and I still had mice problems. Bought my own traps and poison bait stations and took care of problem myself.

I had them come out and spray my house for ants couple years ago. Paid them, I just found out they have me reported to credit bureau for non payment. Will not use them again!

I’ve used them in the past and was fairly pleased with their service. I have several apartments and needed ONE of them sprayed. The sales guy Randy, denied me service, as he refused to spray just one unit. Some of my units are individually owned. They sprayed six months ago for me on an individual unit on a 4plex (different sales guy), so I KNOW it is possible. Not to mention, I’ve had this done many times individually. What do y’all do for individually owned condominiums? I’ll bring my business elsewhere, but what a crock. Just because he wanted to sell me on four. Not too friendly either. I have many rentals, so his loss on future business.

It's really sad when a consumer doesn't get the level of service that is advertised or promised from businesses. Such is the case with J&J regarding continuation of a termite contract. Never mind that J&J starts sending annual payment reminders months before your service is due. Who pays for service months in advance of their due date on their annual contract? Yet the payment reminders continue! So last year we had a fiasco scheduling & getting our annual inspection completed. So much so, that the J&J Mgr in charge or service committed to giving us a $200 discount on our service. Ok, great call for all the issues we had last year. However, I had already paid for last years inspection & did not receive any discount nor refund. Fast forward to this year and its the same old thing. J&J starts sending payment reminders months in advance. So, I call and ask about my promised $200 discount and was informed that yes they read the notes and would subtract the discount from my bill; "would I like to pay now or pay online?" I said, I would pay online when mu account indicated the new balance. That was three weeks and two additional calls later. Thus far no discount has been subtracted. How does this happen at a business that is suppose to guarantee their service?

I called & couldn't hear the woman that answered the phone she hung up on me now she won't answer. Based on this I'm thinking they don't care about quality customer service.

After working with J & J the last few years we can’t see how they have even 3 stars. Horrible customer service, we still have insect problems they don’t really seem to help with that. Just not an effective company. If they had a reputation it has since declined.

Never going to call them ever again they came over to my house have me a price I paid it that day at up a date never showed up rescheduled multiple times they never showed up called the tech the guy told me nope I do not work on Saturdays and now they don't want to give me my money back

Repeatedly showed up to my home without a call. Went through my home when I said no. Maybe I’m just not used to this kind of business. Update: switched to a different pest control now I’m finding dead bugs and mice .. umm 🤔
