This company is horrible. We have been having to deal with them for the past several years because our contract was sold from another termite provider to them and whenever it is time for the yearly inspection, they either make new appointment and then try to say that they did, and then come out to our house and many times we are not even home so they cannot come in and inspect Underneath our homes even though we have a seller. Terminix is an absolute crooked company. I wouldn't recommend them at all. We hired them for our mouse problem and agreed upon the service that costs $119 quarterly. They were quick to charge us that amount even before they actually came out to do the work, which in itself was almost a week after they came out for the initial inspection. When the gentleman came to provide actual service, all he did was place bait traps. $119 for bait traps seems really excessive! After placing the traps he told

Absolutely terrible! I set up an appointment 2 days before the day I needed an inspection. I waited between the time of 1-3pm. I called at 2pm to see where the inspector was but they said on the phone that I had to wait until 3pm to call back if Marcus Staples didn’t show up.
