Mills Family Pest

Gage was great. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it so that I’d know exactly what to expect. He was friendly and personable. I really like that. I don’t like a technician who won’t give you the time of day. Another thing..this company is ethical. If you are paying for another pest company presently, you may want to give Mill’s a try. These other commercialized companies are absolute ripoffs. They charge an arm and a leg for their services.

I recently fired mills family pest as they were not doing an adequate job. I also called them multiple times with pest issues and was always told they would call me back and didn't. They never came for monthly service when I was home but my neighbor let me know that they came but for only a couple minutes. It is no wonder I saw no improvements! Do not use them!

I am extremely livid. I had used them at my previous residence, so I figured I'd use them again when I moved. They are friendly and polite. I had liked their service. I would not recommend them for one very specific reason, DISHONEST EMPLOYEES. I had a monthly service setup to spray the inside and outside of my house. The young man kept wanting to come when I was at work. I had to play phone tag with him constantly. Every time it was the same thing, I don't get home until such and such time, don't come before that. Why do they not have it set up where they automatically come the same day and time each month?? The one month, he came while I was at work and sprayed the outside only. It took him two weeks to come back to spray the inside, which put us in a different month. They tried to charge me twice. I had to argue and I refused to pay. It's $60 for both inside and outside, not $60 for each separately. Since I never knew when he was coming, I wouldn't always have money in the bank to write a check, so I'd pay cash. I paid extra each time because he never had change on him. I kept all receipts until the other week when I cleaned house. I can't believe I threw them out for I can't find them. I just received a bill that's 90 days past due. Why would you wait 90 days to contact someone? Why didn't they call or send a letter months ago. I'm not saying the young kid stole the money, maybe he accidentally forgot to report it. Either way, that's dishonest. Why would you want people like that walking around your house? If they're willing to pocket $60, they're willing to pocket other things as well. Did he charge me after all for that month when he only sprayed the outside? Again, why would you want to hire someone who's going to double bill you? Is it just miscommunication between employee and owner, I don't know, but why should I have to pay for their mistake? It's very upsetting. I do have the initial receipt and the 90 day last notice. It does not reflect that I over paid, again because I paid cash and he didn't have change. I would always tell the young man to add it to the balance. So he's either been pocketing the change or their paperwork is not being done right. Anyway you look at this, DISHONEST EMPLOYEES!!!

These guys are the main pest control in Logan county for a reason. Everything they do gets done with integrity and professionalism that this world lacks these days. Any questions I and others have had got answered truthfully. And there was no beating around the bush when it came to what i and others needed, along with them not trying to sell you something you didn’t need. Highly recommend their service.

Very nice people and does a very good job

John came out this morning after we’ve been having issues with ants getting in the house and all our attempts to eradicate didn’t last long. They were heavily colonized in the backyard. He poisoned inside, outside, and all over the back where the ants were. He didn’t mind my questions and was really informative and super friendly! I was so stressed out about the bugs thinking I was doing something wrong but it’s just a bad season with all the wet outside. Also, it wasn’t super expensive! Thanks, Mills and John!

Great service

Super friendly and they were available to come take care of my spider problem immediately. The man that came, Joseph, was so nice and very informative. They have great prices and customer service is top notch.
