Ed's Termite Control

I called an hour before they closed left a voicemail and I still haven't heard back from them to this day.

Cleared my schedule & waited an hour & 40 minutes & they never showed up, called or text after texting me 2 times the week prior to change the appointment date to fit their schedule. Finally called & they said they werent coming , it'd been real nice if they would've let me know that a head of time instead of standing a customer up for almost 2 hrs.

Do not use this company! They were prepaid to spray a new construction house twice for termites and never delivered on the second spraying. Will not answer calls, or messages. Very in professional. Will take your money and not deliver. If they showed up today to finish the job a year later I still wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company after how many times I have tried to reach out to receive the completion of my job or my money back.

Everyone who is involved in this business went the extra mile for me. They rearranged time to fit my schedule. Kept me informed about the process and was very thorough. Would recommend.

What ever you do do not get this company to do anything for you I was stood up by them for over an hour on three separate occasions they have to be the most unprofessional group of people I have ever met do not have them do anything for you they are useless
