Wasn't shown the 22 page loan agreement. Only shown a large screen to sign. Was lied to about how much the interest would cost. Was told under $300 interest on a $3700 loan? $75 per month for 60 months is $4500. Very shady sales tactics. I also asked if it's okay to think about it for a couple days and the salesman said no. My father in law passed away on Labor Day, Orkin came by to spray on September 19th. Since no one was there, they left an invoice, and wrote "Give us a call if you need the inside done". I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication this location provides to its contracted customers. I signed a contract. Oddly enough though I am sitting on a full week of waiting for someone to call me back about coming to treat my home. I have called multiple times, even sent in a request for a call back via Orkins website. Still no call back. I was even told a guy named Kent had been emailed to return my call. The receptionist has tried calling him multiple times while I sat on hold. No
