John Hartman is professional and does a great job inspecting and treating apartments. This tenant has made false statements regarding John and his work performance. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fair priced pest control services. This tenant was asked to leave the premises due to their poor housekeeping. They left poop smeared on a few walls and windows. The floor was covered with god knows what. Bathrooms look like they have never ever been cleaned. Disgusting!!

Extreamly unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that is a friend, an enemy for sure but not anyone I like. Our landlord hired these jokers to take care of some bugs in our apartment and they are the worst. They have no concern for your personal belongings and lied to keep coming back. The co-founder John is a total douche bag and throws around things that are in his way and is extremely rude to women. He called my girl names just because she had questions. They sprayed a binder of trading cards because he's seen bugs in books and binders before. He didn't open it up and look just sprayed and ruined stuff. I wasn't home when this happened and there won't be another chance for them to come in without me home.
