Excellent customer service!! Bill Hendrick was our tech and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain the service and he even made a follow up call to make sure the issue was resolved.

First year to have a monthly plan for pest. Can’t believe how good the last treatment worked. Lady bugs aren’t making it into our house this year! Here’s to many more dead bugs! 10/10! Highly recommend.

Leitchfield Exterminating is absolutely amazing! We had problems with Mice and Thanks to Jessie ,he took care of the problem and beyond, sprayed inside and out side our home, since we have had them spray and we have been with them for over a year we have not had anymore problems with mice, ants, etc… and even those pesky Ladybugs! Thank you Leitchfield Exterminating and Jessie for such great customer service and taking such good care of us !

Very disappointed, I am fully aware you were just out one time you did not have to waste my time telling me that. Your huh ha is not solving my problem. Nice fellas but who needs nice I want profesionals. There is a reason you are not welcome back with your services. I have called someone else, already have I received better knowledge of the problem than your visit. My friend told me once, " I am afraid you are looking for something that no longer exists". Really, this customer does want her money returned!

They were doing a broad sweep of the apartment complex for bedbugs. They say they found some in my apartment. That was almost 3 weeks ago. There are no bedbugs here. I don't know what they want the extra money for, but in order to stay here, I have to pay them $600 for nothing.
