Terrible customer service!

Have had their termite service for years. It keeps going up every year and the service keeps getting less. Instead of 4 visits a year to check the bait stations, they come once a year and they only check a few stations. They don't give you a report and they've never replaced the bait. After 10 years that bait can't be good. They will come once a year to inspect inside your home only if you call them. For 300.00 a year this is a rip off. We're going to cancel and get bait stations on our own. It used to be 200. 00 a year. Not worth it.
