After hearing a noise in our vents we called John to make sure mice hadn't moved from our garage into our home. He did a thorough walk thru, checking seals, vents, etc. He found obvious signs of mice in our garage but not enough to call a problem or infestation. He told me how to seal my garage better, how to properly set traps along the wall and said to call him if I can't get the one or two out and still need him. He was honest as they come, saying he could take my money to bait but it wouldn't be the right thing knowing I could do it. I truly appreciate John and his business!

Bill has been in business for years and years, and their service and work is as excellent now as it was 30 years ago when I was working and always recommended them. I love that they are locally owned and operated and not part of a big national chain. Prices are so much more reasonable comparatively.

John came out to treat a mouse problem this morning. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He arrived on time. Upon inspection and after a bit of conversation about what has been going on he determined that the problem probably wasn’t mice, as he did not find any signs of an infestation. He pointed out a few potential future problems I may have, signs of carpenter bees, loose siding, and a weak seal on the garage door. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the information he gave me to protect my home from critter infestations, and I appreciate his honesty. We need more guys like John!
