They would come out once a month and spray in one or two places. They spent all of 5 minutes in my house. So after 6 months I saw no progress so I canceled. Now they are sending me bills. A fee for cancellation! Do not recommend. After I cancelled I started treating myself and I’ve done more in 2 months then they did in 6!

I called for a pest inspection to buy a home. Was told I would have to speak to a technician to see his schedule. The technician calls back and says he can do it the following week. I call the office to pay and finalize arrival time so I can inform the seller. I get told they have no record from technician. Told technician will call me again. The technician calls me and says the office says to wait until he is in that area again to do it. This is not what we discussed the following day for day and time. I cannot wait 3 weeks for an apt when trying to close on a home. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. Call someone else that knows how to handle their customers.
