I can’t say enough good things about Brock and Craddock Pest Control. He came out to my place when I was dealing with several different kinds of "pests" in my house, and from the moment he arrived, he was kind, respectful, and incredibly gracious—especially with all the animals I have around. He took care of the problem quickly and thoroughly, and I haven’t had a single issue since. I’m so thankful for his help and highly recommend Brock to anyone needing pest control done right.

Excellent business! They show up on time, usually before! They have us scheduled for twice a year! We are bug free! They always ask what pest/bugs we see so they can focus there! Fortunately, they have nothing to focus on, because they do there job exceptionally well!

Brock and his team cam out to my home when I was in a panick about spiders! He went above and beyond to reassure me they were not living in my walls. Lol he made sure to spray inside and outside, put traps down and even came back to check and make sure everything was still good go. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth!!!

They don't do what they say they will, and they can't seam to be able to show up when they say they will.They lie a lot. They can't spray everywhere they should and say it was a bad angle. Then they want to complain if they see a customer at a restaurant. I guess one of their customers aren't allowed to eat out or go anywhere. They claim to not be able to call or show up for an appointment because they have a sick relative, but their customers aren't allowed to be sick or have a doctor appointment. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

The fellows came on time. They hit the ground running and took care of business. They were very knowledgeable about the termites and treatment to get ride of them. Also very courteous. They treated my home and the mobile home that is also on the property and their price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!👍

These guys get you taken care of very quickly. They have the best prices around and do a good, thorough job. Brock even took the time to explain each chemical he used. You always get better service from a locally owned business than you would from a big chain.
