Trisha, there are not words great enough for her. Not all hero’s wear capes. I recently took in my little cousin from a bad situation and she had a literal lice infestation unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed! I was battling a losing battle trying to deal with it alone! I found the lice clinic and went the very next morning first thing. Trisha was so professional and patient and good at explaining things and answering questions… and all lice bugs, eggs, you name it, GONE! After just 1 session. Absolutely God love her for what she does! I couldn’t do it personally. She deserves a raise truly! I can’t recommend the lice clinic enough. And they offer discounts for people with Medicaid. In the long haul you’re paying the same on OTC products trying to deal with it alone that don’t fully get rid of everything. This is so much more logical and easier on you, it really is! It took so much anxiety off me dealing with this situation on my own. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!! Before and after photos attached with this review. I found out my daughter had unwanted friends living in her hair while on vacation in late June after being notified by a neighborhood mom friend that both her children had lice. My daughter and her children play often especially since it’s summer. I’m 30 and I never have had lice even as a child, nor anyone in my family and had NO IDEA where to start. After talking to a few friends, I was told HORROR stories about them having lice for many many months, having to cut their hair short, or some thinking they had gotten rid of it just for them to get “reinfested” and back to square one because they didn’t clear all the eggs and thought everything was gone. I was even told by one friend she went to the doctor and the prescription stuff didn’t even work!! I read case studies about over the counter treatments and NATURAL treatments. Natural oils etc. nothing GUARANTEED the removal or killing of the eggs and adults/larve. Everything was pretty much hit or miss. Sometimes this worked or sometimes that worked, maybe this might work, but maybe it won’t. Specific treatments needed to be done multiple times. Nothing was making me feel like I could conquor this alone, or stress free. I also had no one to check my own head, so I had no idea if I had it. I ran across this place on google. FDA approved method, over a 99 percent success rate the FIRST time, and they GUARANTEE their methods work or they will treat again for FREE. It honestly sounded to good to be true. After reading other reviews I decided when we got home from vacation this was where we would start. My daughters appointment was July 7th, and I also was getting my head checked by them to hold up the guarantee of retreatment if needed. If I did have it, I would too need to be treated by them. But like I said I hadn’t even been checked yet so I needed to be looked at anyway. From the moment we came in the door we were met with professionalism and immediately felt free of judgment. She went threw my hair so thoroughly, and then confirmed I too had lice and needed treatment. The employee was very knowledgeable and told me facts and myths about lice, she told me things I needed to do at home with bedding, couches, fabric etc. she told me things that would and wouldn’t work and answered ALL the questions I had. She was also able to give us a time frame that we had it. The checking for lice and treatment for the both of us took about 2 hours I believe. They had a tv, and even had a holder for my daughters IPad while she was in the chair getting treatment!!! When we were finished she suggested coming back in 3 weeks to make sure everything had worked and all the lice were gone. This check was FREE. I left feeling a little bit more confident and a little less anxious, but I STILL FELT IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Just one treatment? I couldn’t let all my anxiety about it go. All my daughters scratching and itching stopped within a few days. In those 3 weeks, I was checking her head daily still but I saw and found absolutely nothing. Today July 29th we came back in with fingers crossed it worked but I still didn’t get my hopes up. They checked our heads again just as well and thoroughly as the first time- and we both were completely LICE FREE. I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s amazing! Do not waste money and time on over the counter things that are proven not work. Do not try natural oil methods that may or may not work. Don’t cut your child’s hair, don’t cover it in mayo or the worst I’ve heard soak their hair in GASOLINE. Do not cause yourself and family stress by doing crazy treatments, or over the counter treatments over and over and over just for them not to work. Start here! IT IS SO WORTH EVERY SINLGE PENNY

Aairyanna took amazing care of my family. Three of five of us had lice and two didn't even know it. I'm so thankful we found this service. It was such a lifesaver and has given me so much peace of mind. The process was simple and only took about 45 minutes per person and I feel confident in the eradication of the lice. Plus we were educated about misconceptions of lice and the best way to handle the issue once back at home. I cannot recommend highly enough.

After having lice since July, I was still itching. I’ve treated my hair with everything. My mother checked my head. She is a daycare teacher and therefore a “lice expert”. She found a nit in my hair today. (November 12) The technician “found no evidence of lice” and refused to perform the heat treatment. Insisted that I have lice and she texted her boss who said they can comb they my hair. 😑 After the tech did so she found a louse. I’ve never had a harder time convincing someone to take my money. I’m definitely annoyed, but would have been even more if she let me leave with lice after I took time off work. She ultimately ended up using the heat treatment. Whether or not my case of lice is gone is TBD.
