Great experience. Owner returned my call quickly and was the professional that came out to our house. He described what type of pesticide he was using to kill the yellow jackets and gave me a time frame to observe the population decline. Big national brand pest control company used pressure tactics to try to sell subscriptions, Ashland Pest Control did not. Will definitely use Ashland Pest Control again in the future.

I called APC at the advice of my brother Brad. He was right about them, very friendly, prompt, professional, effective and thorough! I had a huge nest of murder hornets inside my garage soffit, and 3 big nests of yellow jackets under my carport. I got stung twice trying to DIY it! At that point I was DONE with doing it myself, so I called APC. Brian, the owner, came here with his bee suit and weaponry and wiped them ALL out! He actually got stung himself while assessing the situation before he donned his bee suit. I felt terrible about that, but it never even phased him! He just said “That happens, it’s part of the job”, and went right to work. Much respect to ya Brian!

Excellent Company

Switched to APC from a National pest control company. The difference between the two companies was night and day. When APC treated our house the very next week we found dead insects which never happened before with the previous company. These folks are local, highly professional and are always reliable and willing to work around schedules when things come up. I would highly recommend them for any size residence. You won’t be sorry, especially in today’s world of poor customer service and quality for your dollar.

This place come sprayed my house which only took 5min and mind u i have a big house which I understand it might take a lil bit to take effect so i gave it a lil its been about a month now and they are worse so there spraying sugar water or something while they was here i was trying to get one on a month to month bases they said i shouldn’t need another one that this stuff was guaranteed but when i realized they where getting worse i called them to ask for my money back they tried telling me they didnt say that which if given a min ill stroll through my security and find where they did hopefully it goes back that far Then ill post that to and they did not do the inspection which recently bought this house so full inspection plus treatment is what i needed

We had 17 bats living in our attic, they waited until they all were out and sealed it up, cleaned and sanitized in hazmat suits and hauled away the trash. Local family business that knows what they are doing. Guaranteed their work for one year, we have had no problems with bats any longer!

Great family owned business the owner is very nice and they are fair on price and you can count on them to do a good job and come out again if necessary to finish what was started. I highly recommend as I am a repeat customer!!
