Have called twice trying to get them out to my house. They said a tech would call to schedule but never does. I gave up and called someone else, turns out Southern Exterminators was overcharging me by TRIPLE what the other guys would do it for.

You better follow them around when they come out because they will mark on the bill they checked basement, crawl space, all rooms, bathrooms, garage, around home, bushes…not in 5 minutes. McGee Pest came out & stated for these termites to get so high, this has been going on for some time. Follow them.

Didnt explain things well.. really didnt say what they were going to do or what products they were using.. the cost was 500 dollars more than the company i hired

I called them on Monday and they were out the very next morning. I found some termites in our laundry room that was supposed to have been killed 2yrs ago by a different company when we bought the house. So I called these guys. From the initial phone call to the time they finished, these guys were VERY polite and personable. I watched this team of two inspect the entire house and found three places. They drilled and sprayed under, outside and inside of my entire house. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. Besides them being VERY professional the cost was very affordable. They clean up after themselves and filled all the wholes they drilled. The only down fall was the truck got stuck in my yard but I forgot to tell them it was a low soft area so no big deal. I pulled them out and they got to where they needed to go. Very apologetic and sincerely sorry about the situation. I will just use the tiller and fix the spot. Other than that I will recommend them to everyone.
