Would like to give zero stars. Not even worth calling. We called and he said he would come out to the house and give a quote and NEVER showed up. Never called back when he said he would. Wanted to put cameras in our home. DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THIS GUY!!!!! I'm calling another company.

Well, I just read that last review from Renee that Shawn ghosted them and that's hard to believe honestly. We have been working with Shawn and his employee, Mitch for over a year and they always come when scheduled. They have been instrumental in helping keep pests out of our home in the woods with their quarterly treatments and have provided excellent customer service and communication. Honest and transparent. We've enjoyed doing business with them and plan to keep this ongoing relationship for a long time. As you can see, it's been a good experience for us, which is what led me here to leave a 5 star review. Thanks so much guys!

Shawn would set a date to come out and then ghost us, excuse after excuse. After the third time of setting a date and getting ghosted we went with someone else. About 6 months later he does the same thing to my sister. If you want someone professional then I don’t recommend this place.

I can not recommend Premier Pest ENOUGH! Nice and friendly staff- always on time and wonderful service! I have not seen a single bug since the first spraying! Such a relief! Also very affordable! Thank you so much Premier Pest!
