Reliably excellent!!! The technician does a consistently excellent and thorough job which is greatly appreciated! We live in a wooded area and especially need the protection from mosquitoes and ticks!!!

I have used this company for three summers and truly they make our outdoor life so liveable! They are extremely flexible with scheduling if you have to change your day, and they are so darn friendly! They are also very responsive when you have a question or an issue… And it’s family owned! I know there are other companies like this, but I think they are the best!

As always, it was a pleasure doing business with Mosquito Mitch. Today Bennie J came to the house for an “Exterior General Pest Control” treatment - he was kind and efficient!

Bennie always does an excellent job. We have a small pond and the spray they use is not great for fish, but Bennie always makes sure to stay clear of it. Prior to using the service, it was almost impossible to enjoy our back yard, but now we use it all spring, summer, and fall. We highly recommend their service.

Additional update… owner called me harassing me about my review because apparently my google review update glitched and said I posted it a week ago when it was posted at least a year ago. We were well aware of some “hip replacement” or some surgery. so the communication during the alleged extermination was delayed. Point blank period there is no excuse for any exterminator to not do their job and catch a raccoon no matter what the circumstances are. Traps set chimney caps. You did this over MONTHS and didn’t catch a raccoon. Meanwhile I got a trap and caught it in two days. Just trying to get an update on what is going on and why there is still a raccoon in my ceiling after at least a month is chalked up to “hostility” you can twist and turn how things went down but you know the truth and you have to live with that. On that note I hope YOU find your way in life and learn to treat people better, as kindness ALWAYS wins in the end. I wish YOU nothing but the best! :) UPDATE: saw where the raccoon was getting in. Set a trap and caught the raccoon in TWO DAYS, months of them making excuses and I had to become the exterminator when i know nothing about extermination, I’m an electrician and did their job for them. Sorry excuse of a company. End of edit…Called them out to get a raccoon out of our ceiling. They set traps and charged my landlord for all these small things and never wanted to do any actual exterminating. MOSQUITO MITCH says it all. Didn’t do a damn thing about the raccoon. Just set traps and waited around charging my landlord. I had to reach out to them for them to give my landlord any information nothing was ever communicated to anyone. I called them out on this and they claimed that they were receiving “hostility” from me and came and removed their traps and recommended someone else. Sorry excuse of an exterminating company. I sure hope they can get rid of mosquitos because they didn’t do a damn thing about the raccoon that is still currently in my ceiling

I used to leave 5 stars every visit as asked and have always paid in full immediately after every visit since we became a customer in 2020. Hollie's consistent scheduling and kind responses, Bennie and Jordan too. I was a valued customer. This last simmer 2023, treatments seem much quicker and less thorough with new staff. We are always empathetic of weather. We tried to talk through things, yet Mitch is defensive as a businessman, he won't use email (tried 3 times), etc. They left us hanging this fall as if happy to lose our business. No longer small? Too bad.

We absolutely love Mosquito Mitch! Bennie is our service tech and is always positive and friendly! He gives us feedback on trouble areas of our yard where we can improve to avoid Mosquitos from laying eggs. Nothing but great experience with them! 👍
