After an entire year of being charged an outrageous rate, our contact has finally reached its end and We have called numerous times trying to get it canceled as to not get screwed over for another year. The inside of our home was only done 2 times, and the outside was only done 4.. and y'all charged us $80 per month!! Absolutely horrible customer service!! Nothing but the run around every time you try and schedule service. Please don't ever send your salesman to our door again. We will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

I have had very good service from Alta Pest Control. Zach did a great job today, he even went out of his way to get down 2 empty wasp nests that were on the 2nd story roof eve.

I spoke with Braxton this morning. I was late on my payment and had the wrong card on file. He walked me through changing my payment method and took my payment! He also set up an appointment for me. He was extremely kind! Braxton and everyone I have spoken to, including the technicians, have been so very kind and thoughtful of my needs in pest control! I highly recommend Alta pest control to everyone! Thank you Alta pest control Margaret Omar came out on Wednesday , we saw a couple roaches. He was quick very kind and professional!
