Mike is very careful, thorough, and provides an amazingly detailed report. I highly recommend his firm. He is just fantastic.

We were disappointed that the inspection of a town home we purchased failed to identify shower doors that were installed incorrectly. We discovered this after taking a shower and asking a contractor to identify the issue. This was an 1100 square foot property so the number of items and area to be examined should have enabled the inspector to note the problem. Just operating the doors should have informed. Correcting the problem will not be easy. We contacted the business via text and the response was in part “sorry to hear the sliding glass doors were installed improperly”.

Mike was amazing. Took the time to explain any concerns and shared what he would prioritize. He coordinated all the sub-inspectors for me. Would definitely recommend to any perspective home buyers.
