We hired Orkin to put up a barrier over our soffits on our barn house to mitigate bats and birds. While the soffit itself is adequate, they did not put in bat doors as the representative from Orkin said they would. The result was AWFUL to say the least (happy to go into detail upon request). They put up 4 artificial birds on the siding intended to keep birds from pecking holes in our siding. Half of them fell off within a couple months. 4 MONTH UPDATE - after finally reaching some supposed manager, the company sent out a group of "experts" to install the rodent guard. Besides having to ask them to apply the guard to portions of the house they missed, and redo sections that were poorly done, the job was "completed". They even gave me 5 or 6 months of free service (yippee). Would never recommend using this company. After spraying for fleas 3 times, they are still extremely active in our basement. When I asked for a refund they proceeded to schedule an inspection to ensure they were still there (which I understand).
