While the soffit itself is adequate, they did not put in bat doors as the representative from Orkin said they would. The result was AWFUL to say the least (happy to go into detail upon request). They put up 4 artificial birds on the siding intended to keep birds from pecking holes in our siding. Half of them fell off within a couple months.
