Midwest Pest is excellent. Saw a mouse around the garage and Midwest responded within 2 days at no extra charge for a second visit. All their technicians are knowledgeable with friendly, conscientious service! This time it was Donny but all have excellent. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Midwest Pest Control. The scheduler made accommodations for me and upcoming service. Donny our service tech did an excellent job on our quarterly pest control service. Donny is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courtesy and helpful. He even brought up our trash waste cans from the street into garage for us!!! 10 gold stars for scheduler, Donny and Midwest Pest Control!!

I hired Midwest Pest control to get rid of Voles eating up our back yard. They put 1 bait house on the ground n Sept. They never came back to check out the bait house or the Voles n Oct, Nov, now Dec. The back yard is worst with Voles activity. But they keep taking Monthly payments from my account? Nice guys but are rookies dealing with pest.
Was told payment would go through on the 3rd of next month and it went through on the 16th of this month. Resulting on my bank account being charged $20 overdraft fee
"No Soliciting" means your reps too.
This place is a scam we wanted 3 treatment but they are charging us for 5 you need to becareful what they tell you.
Jesse was friendly, listened to our concerns and made sure he took care of everything. He was especially careful that treatment did not get where it shouldn't be. I appreciate the service!

This is a terrible company. They trick you into signing a contract. After you call and call someone finally gets back to you and tells you you never called. Then you tell them that you want to cancel, but they won't let you. So you triple check that you will be cancelled after one year. Then they trick you again and decide to show up thinking you just think they are on there last visit. After you call them again to check to make sure, they finally look at your account and say, "oh sorry that should have been removed." If they come to your door do not sign anything. They will tell how wonderful all of there products are. Just please remember they will trick you into everything and they will make sure they get there money one way or the other.
We have had a hard time getting rid of ants and wasps but Jesse came out and did an awesome job helping us take care of the issues. He took the time to be friendly, explain what he was doing, and help problem solve.

Mace was here and very professional. Young and needs to work on his eye contact. Can't give the company and the services a 5 star yet . .have to see if it works!!
