Grandson's dog found a snake in our yard under the deck! Called our Ankeny, Iowa Fenix number on Friday, March 20th and Tim & Aaron showed up at our house Monday, March 23rd at 8:30 AM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! While their service technicians and treatments do a great job, BUYER BEWARE if you ever need to cancel! I requested a cancelation of service back in June, they informed me they needed to complete a final treatment because they were not notified in time. That was fine, treatment complete, charged and paid. Now, October I receive a text informing me they'll be coming out again to perform treatment. So, I call again to cancel.
