Tech found vole problem and showed us the damage it was doing. He treated to get rid of vole and took pictures and took notes for other techs who may treat our lawn

I am not one to leave a bad review but I'd like to save others from the nighmare we've experienced with this company. We were charged for 2 months of service we never received, we then requested a refund and was never issued that refund but charged again. Have called at least 6 times in regards to the refund and still have never received it. Trying to cancel the service and still getting the run around. We get transfered to a supervisor then another to get nowhere. Going to have to contact my bank to stop payment to them it looks like. I wish this wasn't the case. Apparently they have a long history of this type of customer service and have even been sued for this. Steer clear.

This service was supposed to be Cancelled as of last fall. Please STOP! Do NOT bill me for ANY of the recent applications & reimburse me for any applications you have applied since last fall. Signed up for this almost 2 years ago. Didn’t help tbh, the only way we got rid of ants was from stuff we put in our own house. Biggest waste of money that we are still trapped in. This terms agreement is crazy! The only way to get out is to pay a crazy amount of money. We are struggling financially and although they have tried to give us help, we still are obligated to get the services and still pay $80. Terrible mistake on my part singing up. Don’t sign up unless your willing to stay trapped

This company should change their name to deceptive pest control. Sales man that came to the door told me I could cancel once we reached the initial first time charge. Nope if you cancel prior to the 12 month contract you will be billed 200.00. nor did he ever mention I could cancel with in 72 hours. I hope more people fine out their sales people are lying to get the sale. Good job Deceptive pest control!

They guaranteed they could address my cluster fly issue. Had 5 months worth of treatments and I’ve never had more flies in my house. Then, I have to pay $200 to discontinue even though they guaranteed a service they couldn’t deliver. Disgusting. Listen to the bad reviews, they are true. 💯

Asked for a Supervisor or Manager to contact us as our Yard and External service is NOT being done. Wish I could just get out of this worthless service. Zero Communication!! Paid for Monthly service and they have been here 2 out of 4 months and the Yard has not being treated. Why do none of your numbers work? Only after a contract was signed were we told granolas can't be used as we have Chickens!!

Terrible experience with this unprofessional company who cares more about scamming people than actually providing a good service. Salesman came to my house after various attempts to tell him I didn't want the service I ended up getting one discounted service for 50. Which i thought would be a one time charge. Later I found out after checking my card statement it was actually a yearly contract. I then decided to call and try to cancel the service only to find out the only way out of it was to pay a 200 dollar cancelation fee! I was unaware of this so I suggest to people to stay away from this company!!

Not the best service after you have been with them for awhile communication goes down and services they say they provide start to not happen last couple of treatments I have not had anyone come in and spray the inside of my home when I have said how there are spiders in there everytime. The quality of service just sucks compared to the first few treatments with them and it is not worth the price for them to not do everything that is offered in that package/contract.

The technician that comes to the house is rude and doesn't respond to any of the requests of the home owner. He was insulting to my wife and finally when I called to cancel the customer service "manager" was rude and dismissive of our complaints and needing to cancel. Plus the product doesn't work as well as other companies we have used in the past.

Terrible service!! I have to call in and request service!! Then I have to call a call center not in the United States!! Salesman said $49.99 a month with monthly service and I said 3 times to the young gentleman I can cancel at anytime and he said yes!! That was a complete lie!! I have a contract that is a 12 month contract that u cannot cancel!!! Make it make sense!!! Still have cobwebs, spiders and other bugs with their special solution?!? Then they tell me that there is no number in Iowa for me to contact?!? Then Andre the manager told me I have to pay the remaining balance and he will not cancel my account and not provide service and not cancel my contract because it’s against company policy?!? How do I have a contract without services rendered and not one person in the United States that can help me?!?
