Naturescene Lawn and Landscape Care

My wife prepaid for our annual yard treatment, as we’ve done every year. The actual lawn work is usually decent, but the scheduling and reliability have become a real problem. Nature Scene has now scheduled our service twice this year and failed to show up both times. No call, no update, nothing. We even took time off work to be home because we have a new puppy and wanted to make sure she was safe while someone was in the backyard. Waiting all day with no communication is not acceptable customer service. If this is how the company plans to operate going forward, we won’t be returning as customers. Reliability matters, and right now they’re not delivering it.

I received excellent customer service from Mekenna this week. I was told the grub control would be applied and for best results that it should be watered. My concern was it would be applied the day after it rained thoroughly and now entering a dry spell. I am unable to water my entire yard consistently. She assured me that if I started seeing grubs after several weeks had passed, then another application could be applied. They guarantee their work and products used. Lawncare is a competitive market but Naturescene has been responsive to my calls, texts and emails. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. Very satisfied.

NatureScene has been servicing my lawn for a number of years and has done a very good job on my lawn needs.
