Michael came to my house on 3/3/26 for rodent control. He came to our office on 3/4/26 for routine pest control. He was so polite and personable. He checked everything and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service!

Arrow has the best price on year-round pest control. What I love is that they come do a very extensive treatment and then throughout the year if you have any activity, you call them when you need them to come out and they are readily available. Good work. Annual pest control for all Bugs, we even had a giant hornets' nest form in the last few months Arrow came out immediately and took care of it with no issues. This was included in my one-time annual fee.

Arrow came to treat yellow jacket nest in wall of my house. They were accommodating and came fairly quickly initially. The first treatment did not work, and they came back within a couple days. Second treatment did not work. I tried to explain to office that treatments were not working, and didn’t seem very well heard. After the 3rd time, and me being on site to ask if we could spray in wall, yellow jackets were gone within 12 hours.

Great Company. Have used them for many years. I highly recommend them.

Great place to get your pest control done.

Made an appointment, and they never showed or called to reschedule. I called to find out where they were after waiting most of the day for them to show up, and rescheduled. No apology whatsoever. The second appointment, he did make it to and checked the problem areas. After we'd settled on a solution, I was told he'd send me an estimate. A month rolls by and I never hear from him. I opted to go with a different company and am very happy with the service I received.

Racoon got into attic and Guardian personal set trap to catch it. They saw critter in attic but could not snare it. That must have scared it enough for it to find a way out through the a soffit panel which they discovered and closed. Thank you team Guardian.

The technician named Joe came into my house and stole all my prescription pills. I had to file a police report and when i spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing they could or will do. I paid 250$ for a service and was violated in my own home with no compensation. These were meds that Are vital to my health. So no i dont recommend this company at all.

Jason provided excellent service. He was thorough and finished in a reasonable time. Jason was friendly and explained the service before starting. We are definitely satisfied with his workmanship.

Called they came out and 10 days later did recheck. Came in the time frame that was given

Just want to express my satisfaction with the job arrow has done at my parents home. In south bend .I Randomly picked them,,not knowing of them or ever using them before.There techs that do the job are awsome..It took two applications per there removal program..To rid this house of the pests.After 2 weeks of the application was done.There is no sign what so ever of the pests at all..Arrow is the company to call If you have pests needing removed..They are very friendly to speak to and to work with .Will contact them again in the future at my home in florida.if I need pests removed..Thank you again for the job and the effort you put into you all do..

They don't cover their warranty!

i Was customer with them since 2015 whenever i complain that time they come and do better job other wise worse service , i called them to cancel my service whoever uncharge they said i signed contract so i asked my contract and he hung he said u have a nice day and hung up on me totally unprofessional i don't recommend this service.

very poor customer service. the tech made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home asked way to many personal questions and when i told management was told well we will not give any money back because you felt uncomfortable with the tech all we will do is talk to the tech nothing more very bad way of dealing with a unhappy customer will never use there services ever again

Arrow was the best price in town. They were quick to come out and quote and have also have a guarantee. We had termites in the floor and they were gone within a week. They also offer yearly pricing after the initial termite traps are put in which is then transferrable if you sell your home. Everyone I talked to kept reassuring me the termite's would be gone and made me feel sooo much better. This is a great company!
