Fox always does a great job. They call or text before arrival, explain what they’re doing, and let you know when they’re done.

The company is easy on scheduling indoor monitoring. Nathan and Ken were very thorough and knowledgeable. Made some adjustments and took some extra preventative measures with the back of my house to continue to keep the mice out. They also loved on my super attention needy puppy as well :) thank you!

Nathan and Ken did a great job following up on a previous visit to make sure the issue was taken care of. They were prompt, friendly and provided great service.

John has been out a few times. Did a great great outstanding customer service. Today Zack was out took time to walk around with me and customer service also outstanding. I have requested Zack to continue our service for two places. We moved from mosquito squad which service was not outstanding and prices were very high to Fox Pest Control which was a extremely good change!!!

Nathan is amazing! Absolutely love that I can ask questions as well as express concern and never feel like im being annoying or extra in any way! Always joyful and polite as well as very respectful of my home and family living within it as if it was his own. Always going over everything to make sure I fully understand the game plan and open to all conversations regarding such. He also makes sure to check that I understand the process and expresses thoroughly in detail what hes doing inside and around my home and makes sure I know my kids and pets are safe. Super helpful with the traps and anything else thats been done to the home with baits to explain what theyre purpose is and what I should expect. His suggestions never make me feel like an idiot or expressed in a way thats rude. Best technician and best pest control service provider I've ever been with! Highly recommend Fox Pest Control to anyone looking to have peace of mind and a team thats there to help! Thank yoj again Nathan you're the best!!!!

$222 initial fee + $250 cancellation fee after requesting to end services a month later, and I have more insects around the house now than when Fox Pest Control first came.

We have been dealing with spider webs and wasp nests around the exterior of our home, so I called on Fox for treatment. They had availability the following day, so I set up service. I was told that I’d receive a text message the morning of with a one hour time window of arrival, and real time tracking. I received neither, just a call from the tech stating he was 15 minutes away. Unfortunately I couldn’t be home in time, so I told him to just treat my exterior. He said that was ok, and he would do that. Instead, he never showed up to complete the service, and said it was because didn’t sign the service agreement (which I was told via phone that I could complete today). He could have called me to say that he was awaiting my signature or something, instead he just left. They also couldn’t fit me back in the schedule. It was not a good initial experience.

If you hire them, they will go door-to-door and use high-pressure sales techniques on your neighbors. Prices are nearly double what you should pay for a comparable service. Had them stop by several times and they are EXTREMELY pushy.

Please don't send your pushy Salesmen out to neighborhoods that clearly state no solicitation. He didn't have any info to give me and tried to get me to come outside. Then when I told him I wasn't interested and that the company I pay for is much cheaper, 33.00 a month btw, he continued to push. Then asked me if my husband was home. He made me very uncomfortable.

After already speaking to a rep a few weeks ago, explaining I didnt need services as I used to be a pest control tech, today another rep shows up, and thought making comments on how many pets I had was going to make me want his services, and he left my gate open, and I find the disrespect intolerable. Please do not come to my home again. Definitely would give ZERO stars. Especially when asking one of your techs about the powder he was putting around windows at a neighbor's house that was floating all in the air towards my dog, and he said "Oh its not toxic to animals".... if its toxic to an insect, its TOXIC to a DOG.

Soliciting for business in a neighborhood that does not allow solicitation, and ignored us completely when we told them we recieve free service from a family pest control business. These guys are obnoxious and that's not a way to get business. They're the pests.

pushy door to door sales tactics. came to my door at 8:30 PM to get me to sign up for a monthly service. Asked me what I did for a living and personal information. Asked for my phone number and email, even though I showed no interest in the service. Told him I was not interested and that I would have to chat with my husband about the service. He then got pushy and stated he would walk around my property while I was inside talking to him. I again had to tell him no. This type of sales tactic should not be used and is a violation of people’s privacy.

A door to door salesman came by at 8:30 at night. When we didn’t answer the door, he proceeded to knock again. I answered the door and politely told him I wasn’t interested in whatever services he was offering. He went on to say that the company was working on 14 other houses in the neighbor (I don’t think so) and if we didn’t hire them, all the bugs could be flushed out onto our property. Such tasteless marketing and attempt at a scare tactic. This smells like desperation!

Scam!!! Shan was going door to door in my neighborhood trying to sell their services. Knowing that I do have an ant issue in my yard, I let him talk to me about their services. I originally was somewhat intrigued by what he was showing me they had to offer. He started to get personal, asking question about my life and what not. I gave him credit for trying to be a good sales person. When he realized I was a gay married man, he started trying to show me a bunch of photos of his gay cousin and how he was happy for them. Again, I gave him props for trying to connect. He tried to give me this “amazing” deal. I told him that I needed to think it over. Especially how I got screwed over by other lawn/pest control companies before. I pointed out how I have cameras around my house, and that if it wasn’t for them, I would have never known the other company’s weren’t even doing anything in my yard other than putting a little flag sign in it. He got very discouraged. I asked for a business card, and he said because of Covid, they don’t give out business cards anymore. Ok cool, I guess I can understand that. He then says “I hope you reconsider, I only make $48 for each sale I make.” After he left, he went to my neighbors house, telling them “That gay neighbor of yours, Corey, bought my services”. I had already messaged them saying there was someone going door to door about pest control. Mind you, I have cameras, as well as most of my neighbors having doorbell cameras. So all of this is recorded. After more of my neighbors messaged me saying he was at their house, telling them the same thing, I went up the road and told him he needed to leave. I was not going to stand for someone trying to use my sexuality, especially in a derogatory way, to try and connect with my neighbors, just to make a scam sale.

One of the workers knocked on my door wearing a construction vest. When I came out and asked how I could help him he started giving me the sales speech. I stopped him and let him know that I have a no soliciting sign and that I was not interested. He completely ignored me and went on to ask more questions, commenting on my baby and saying things like “well there is a big black spider above your head so you clearly need pest control”. Even though I kept telling him I was not interested and asking him to leave. Everyone wants to make a sale but it’s not okay to ignore the very clear signs posted on the property. He went to multiple houses in out neighborhood and majority of them had the same negative experience.
