Came to my apartment and removed the flying squirrel I had and even took the time to remove the squirrel from the glue trap I used so we could keep the squirrel alive. Great guy and super helpful.

EXCELLENT, responsive, fast & honest. Not only does Dave respond same day, he is affordable and efficient. Had raccoon issue and he removed but he ALSO closed up all the openings and reclad the soffit area of my back porch and even fixed the downspouts! I don't know many general (construction) contractors who are that skilled and thorough! Fixed everything on the porch structure, and it looks BETTER than new! Got rid of raccoons and he also bid on fixing back porch/ soffit area so that no critters can get it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am free from my raccoon problem thanks to Cole Property Services. If you are having a problem with wildlife (raccoons, skunks, possums, etc.), I highly recommend that you call Cole Property Services. Raccoons got into my roof through a hole that they tore in my roof. They were driving me crazy, Cole Property Services were recommended to me, I called and within a few days I was raccoon free. David Cole was prompt in responding, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about wildlife. I found his rates to be fair and reasonable. Hopefully I will never have an issue with wildlife again, but if I do I would definitely call Cole Property Services.
