I had the owner come out in august. I still have evidence of mice. He’s been out here 3 times and I was just told by his wife (who answers the phones) if he came out again I would be charged. That’s ridiculous!! They are inexpensive for a reason! Did not get the job done!!

I have answered the phone for over 40 years and I have never been cussed out like she did. I originally told her we would come out twi e, we went out three times. No satisfying this person.
