These guys were great, returned my calls within 24 hours, communicated by text regarding arrival times, and helped me understand their process and costs. They inspected my home for pests, didn’t find anything, and no charge for their time. They impressed me as honest, candid, and professional, which can be a rare commodity in pest control. I will definitely recommend them whenever possible, and they’ll be the first I call with any pest issues.

Called this morning to get service for bees. Julie said they could get a tech out within the hour. 30 minutes later I get a call from their tech John saying he was in route! John sprayed the yellow jackets and said he would be back in about 7 days to check to see how things went. Thanks guys!!!!

Friendly people

As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect living in the country. Once the weather started warming up I began getting bites on my legs and couldn't figure out what or where they were coming from! No one else in the house was getting bitten, and even after going to the doctor I didn't have an answer. Mel came out the day I called and sprayed my garden (where I work a lot) and the inside of the house. I have two dogs, and I love the pollinators, and the spray had no effect on them which I appreciated, and I haven't had a bite since! He was professional and did a great job!

EcoLiving did not disappoint! They called to update me on the final cost of the job before they began, which I appreciated. The stubborn colony of yellow jackets required a second round of spray to get rid of, which was included in the original cost. All communication has been prompt, friendly, and courteous. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

Not only is the technician that came out the owner but he's also incredibly friendly and polite. EcoLiving also does a great job communicating what they're looking to do to solve your pest problems and making sure that the job is done. I've recommended them countless times to other people for their professionalism and their value. It's great to be outdoors and not worry about the mosquitoes bugging our children!

Spencer was fantastic with his inspection and offering advice on things to look for, and good preventative options. Gave me peace of mind moving into my new place.
