Our Terminix guy is great. I live in the middle of a woods and I always had problems with every kind of bug you can think of. I used to try to take care of the bugs by myself and spent tons of money in the process. I still had bugs everywhere. I finally gave up and called Terminix. There is one thing for sure it is cheaper to have someone who knows what they are doing fix the bug problem. Lack of communication from terminix to me the home owner. Haven’t showed up since the month I paid for service contract. I was told by technician that he would be out once a month for the 12+ package I purchased. The following week they came back, but different guy and I was told the original guy had been fired haven’t seen terminix since that day. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my household received from Terminix. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. We initially contacted Terminix to address a bird issue in our attic. During the consultation, a representative named Mark claimed we also had a rodent problem and recommended an exclusion service. However, when the subcontracted team (not Terminix employees) eventually arrived—after multiple delays—they found no evidence of rodents.
