One weekend in March on a Saturday my fiancée and I heard scurrying around in our hvac vents in our house, so I did a quick Google search for Pest Control services, and found Pest Busters in Downers Grove. I prefer supporting local companies so I called Pest Busters and spoke to one of the owners, Brian. I then explained what the problem was and wanted to make an appointment but to my surprise Brian told me he could come that same day a couple hours after I called! So a couple hours later, Brian arrived, and he then proceeded to do a home inspection for us identifying any problems areas. He then placed two separate traps one in the backyard and one in the front on the side of the house. I then asked Brian what his quarterly pest control service consists of and after he explained what’s included and the price we hired him to do pest control on a quarterly basis which he continues to do. He always texts when he is on the way and is an excellent communicator. I highly recommend him and his company, Pest Busters, and since we became his clients, bugs, spiders, and rodents are nonexistent.

They do pest control for my building, we struggled with A MILLION spiders outside making webs all over. Other companies did not do a great job due to the height of my building. But Naperville Pest Busters got all the way to the top! I highly recommend them!

We've been with Pest Busters for a while now to address a box elder bug issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more than happy with their service. Scheduling is easy and they're always on time. Even after the first treatment the bug issue was gone. I also appreciate that the products used were safe for pets given we have 3 small dogs. I highly recommend them!
